		<description><![CDATA[Hi, see a local headache doctor.  Many neurologists, GPs, internists don&#039;t know how to treat this.  By definition migraine can last 4-72 hours only.  A 5 week headache with feature of migraine is likely due to medication overuse headache.  Read the article about this on this blog.  Common meds that cause this are caffeine, advil, tylenol, triptans, hydrocodone, trammadol, analgesics with barbiturates.  One needs to stop these meds and usually have a neuro exam, perhaps a scan of the brain.  good luck.  btd]]></description>
