		<description>If the depression is being treated and/or controlled and properly monitored then one can safely use the betablockers for treating the tremor. Of course, the provider and patient(or family members/caregivers) should monitor for mood changes.
I have used propranolol with my a number of my patients for a variety of reasons such as tremor, social anxiety, behavioral issues like angry outbursts and migraine prevention with much success. 
Care should be taken with not only asthma, but also chronic bronchitis or any pulmonary issue or reactive airway disease due to the possibility of bronchoconstriction.</description>
